ITINERARY

DAY 1:Arrival to Entebbe International Airport

NOTE: Your Inbound flight to Entebbe International Airport must land or arrive on a Friday. Xavier safari driver guide/guide will be at arrival exit platform to greet and  welcome you then later he will drive you to Boma guest house for dinner and overnight

Accommodation: Boma guest house- Entebbe

Type of accommodation: Block rooms.

Activity: Airport pick up

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison falls national park

This morning have breakfast, and checkout t of the guest and board the safari van and your driver guide will transfer you to Murchison Falls National Park  with a short stop at Ziwa rhino sanctuary a home to the southern white rhinos, on arrival to the sanctuary you will be briefed about the rhino trekking and later proceed on foot to trek the rhinos. After the rhino trekking you will have lunch and then proceed to Murchison falls national park. Check in to the park first tour the top of the falls then proceed to the lodge.

DAY 3: Game Murchison falls national park

 This morning You wake up early in anticipation of a great day of activity, have breakfast and then prepare to go for a game drive, expect to see Uganda Kobs, giraffes, elephants, lions, the Topi and other antelopes. In the afternoon after lunch, you will go for a  boat ride on the river Nile. During the boat ride you will see elephants along the river, water bucks, bush bucks, crocodiles, hippos, antelopes and countless water birds along the river. The highlight about the boat ride is that it takes you to  the  bottom of the Murchison Falls. Prepare to be amazed by a great view of the falls. You will clearly see as the Nile river drops 50 meters down from a narrow gorge producing a thunderous roar. After this amazing part of the day, you should return to your lodge for dinner and overnight

Day4: Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park

After all the fun at Murchison Falls National Park, it’s time to depart and prepare for the next adventure. Have breakfast and wait for the Guide driver to pick you up and drive you to Kidepo Valley National Park. You will stop in Kitigum to have lunch. This will be a long journey but we hope that the amazing countryside will keep you engaged and alert. The landscape is always changing as you pass through forested areas  and farm lands , until you arrive to the  savannah grasslands of Kidepo valley national park

DAY 5: Kidepo valley national park

Wake early in the morning and take breakfast as you wait for the Guide to take you for the game drive to see giraffe, elephant cheetahs, Wild dogs and ostriches, jackals, waterbucks, zebras, bushbuck, hyenas, jackals, klipspringers, elands and Jackson’s hartebeests among other antelopes.

 After the game drive, you will go for lunch at the lodge as you prepare for the next activity. The afternoon activity is a cultural experience with one of Uganda’s most famous indigenous tribes in Karena and Kapedo. The Karamojong are one of the tribes that have not embraced modern cultures. Late evening return to the lodge for dinner

DAY 6: ik tribe hike tour

This cold morning you will have breakfast and prepare to hike up to the

Morungole mountains where the Ik/Teuso ethnic tribe live you will interact with them , tour their homes thus enjoy dancing and singing with them later return to the lodge.

DAY 7: Flight to entebbe

This morning you will have breakfast, later your driver guide will take you to Kidepo airfield to catch a domestic flight to entebbe on arrival to Entebbe you will check-in for your flight back home.
