DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival to Marrakesh city Morocco.
Today you will arrive to Marrakesh Menara Airport international airport, after you going through Marrakesh Menara Airport is an international airport , you will meet your tour leader from xavier safaris who will transfer you to the hotel in Marrakesh city a major economic and cultural center in western Morocco.
Main destination: Marrakesh city.

Day 2-5: Merzouga desert tour
Early morning begins with breakfast before departing for a three-day exploration of the Merzouga Desert. The journey includes visiting the UNESCO World Heritage site Ksar Aït Benhaddou, famous for films like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Lunch follows near the Kasbah, then travel through Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa,” and the Valley of Roses, culminating in a traditional Moroccan dinner at a hotel in Boumalne Dades. On day two, enjoy breakfast with canyon views, visit Tinghir Oasis, and experience the Todra Gorges. After lunch in Erfoud or Rissani, try the local Medfouna pizza. The drive continues into the desert, reaching Merzouga by 4:30 PM to swap for a camel caravan, trekking to a nomadic camp for dinner and live Tam-Tam performances. On the final day, witness a Sahara sunrise, return to Merzouga for breakfast, then journey back to Marrakech through the Draa Valley and Anti-Atlas Mountains, arriving around 7:30 PM for dinner and rest.

Day 6: Marrakech city tour
This morning begins with breakfast before a city tour of Marrakech. Visit the stunning botanical garden designed by Jacques Majorelle, featuring cobalt blue buildings and rare plants. Explore a 19th-century palace with grand courtyards and intricate ceilings, then walk to the Kasbah district to see the mausoleum of the Saadian dynasty. Enjoy a traditional meal on a rooftop terrace with views of the city. Afterward, visit a 14th-century Islamic college, admiring its courtyard’s intricate designs. Navigate through local markets, and conclude your day at a square where you can enjoy fresh orange juice while watching the vibrant sunset transformation filled with entertainers and food stalls.

Day 7: Flight to Egypt- Cairo
This morning you will have breakfast, your driver will take you to Marrakech Menara to catch you flight to Marrakesh Menara Airport international airport, after you going through Marrakesh International Airport , you will meet your tour driver who will transfer you to the hotel in Cairo city famous, bustling medieval bazaar in Islamic Cairo offering spices, perfumes, and crafts.

Day 8: Cairo city tour.
To experience Cairo, rise early to watch the sunrise and city activities from your hotel balcony. After breakfast, head to the Giza Necropolis around 8:00 am to explore the Great Pyramid of Khufu and the Great Sphinx, taking iconic photos. Enjoy a traditional Egyptian lunch nearby before visiting the Egyptian Museum or the new Grand Egyptian Museum. In the afternoon, see the Mosque of Muhammad Ali at the Saladin Citadel or wander through Coptic Cairo. Later, immerse yourself in the Khan el-Khalili bazaar for shopping and a mint tea break at El Fishawy café. Conclude with a Nile River dinner cruise featuring live music and folk dance performances before returning to the hotel for rest.

Day 7: Pyramids of Giza tour.
Early this morning, pack start with breakfast before heading to the Pyramids of Giza to avoid the heat and crowds. Marvel at the Great Pyramid of Giza and take a camel ride for panoramic photos. Visit the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple, then enjoy authentic Koshari or grilled kofta for lunch. Afterward, visit the NMEC Royal Mummies Hall to see 22 royal mummies, ride up to the Saladin Citadel, and explore the Mosque of Muhammad Ali for skyline views. Stroll through the Al-Azhar Mosque and Al-Moez Street, rich in medieval Islamic architecture. Day 8: Flight to Murchison falls national park.

Day 8: Murchison falls National Park.
Early this morning, you will wake up before sunrise, have breakfast, and then your driver guide will take you to the Nile pier to board a boat for a 4 to 5 hour cruise through the Nile Delta. The boat travels about 20 kilometers downstream to where the Victoria Nile enters Lake Albert, offering a serene safari through papyrus wetlands. This area is ideal for spotting the rare shoebill stork, large herds of wildlife, hippos, and crocodiles. The delta, home to 450-500 bird species, including endemic papyrus birds and African fish eagles, also hosts endangered Rothschild’s giraffes. After the cruise, lunch will be served, followed by an afternoon game drive.

Day 9: Flight to Kisoro.
Today wake up early, pack your luggage have hot breakfast, go for a a surise game drive, to see animals like giraffes, oribi, buffaloes lions and you might come across nocturnal animals like rushing to return to their burrows before sunrise this is a good time to look for lions and leopard because the weather is cool, later you will be dropped to Pakuba airstrip to catch your flight to Kisoro town which is close to Bwindi impenetrable national park famous for sheltering roughly half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas, spanning 331 square kilometers of steep ridges and dense valleys recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon arriving to Kisoro air field your driver guide will drive you to Rushaga Bwindi sector where you will spend a night before meeting the mountain gorillas.

Day 10:Bwindi impenetrable National Park..
Wake up early for a hot breakfast before your driver takes you to Rushaga park headquarters for a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers. Then, trek into the forest in a small group (maximum 4 per gorilla family). This trek allows for observing mountain gorillas being habituated over two to three years to accept human presence without taming. Following the trek, return to the starting point where your driver will take you back to the lodge to relax before dinner.

Day 11: Flight to Entebbe/ Masai.
Wake up early to the sounds of the forest, pack your luggage, and have breakfast. Your driver guide will then take you to Kisoro Airfield for your flight to Entebbe. Upon arrival to Entebbe international airport, you’ll go through immigration and check in for your connecting flight to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, known for the Great Wildebeest Migration and the Big Five. After arriving to Masai Mara game reserve, you will be picked up for an afternoon game drive to see lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffalo, before heading to the lodge for dinner and a good night’s sleep.
